Our Biological Laboratory offers special culture media for microbiological testing of beer, wort and water:

  • VLB-S7S agar: Detection of lactobacilli and pediococcus
  • Wort agar: Detection of yeast and moulds
  • Lysine agar: Detection of non saccharomyces yeasts
  • Standard I agar: Detection of bacteria in general
